What is a “spiritually distracted family”?

Many times, families that are “driven”… to succeed, to find happiness, to live lives of purpose and fulfillment … become distracted. The very things that drive us actually distract us away from God and the life of fulfillment and purpose that only He can offer.
Having a church home like Good Shepherd doesn’t guarantee we’ll never be spiritually distracted, but it’s a great start. Think of the 60% to 70% of people in the surrounding areas who do not have a church home. This could mean they have no relationship with Jesus Christ.
